Empowering Language

I was thinking about words again today, and how often all it takes is the change of one word or phrase to totally change my attitude. So this morning the phrase was ‘have to,’ as in ‘I have to get up and walk on the treadmill this morning.’ I really didn’t want to get up . . . → Read More: Empowering Language

Amazing Alliteration as Inspiration

I believe the Universe always sets you up for good, but sometimes you actually notice it – wow! This morning I got on my treadmill and decided to bypass my usual treadmill music (Tower of Power; Earth, Wind & Fire; Journey; Eagles) and listen to Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young. Unstuck?

Just thought I’d update you on my ‘stuckness’.  I did part my hair differently, and while no one seems to notice – at least no one has said anything – it does seem to make me think just a little differently.  And when I think about it, it does seem a little odd . . . → Read More: Unstuck?

Stuck?

Are you feeling stuck in a rut?  I don’t know if this is true for many, but I somehow seem to consistently get stuck in January.  Maybe it’s the weather; maybe it’s because I have been tied to a school year for so long that January feels like the middle of the year, not so . . . → Read More: Stuck?
