Purple hair

I have purple hair. Do you know why I have purple hair? Because I like it. Not because it makes me look younger (I don’t know that it really does that), or because I am rebellious, or trying to make a statement, or anything else. I have put purple in my hair because I like it – plain and simple.

And the bottom line is that I don’t care what you think – and I mean that in the nicest way. It is my hair, and I like it this way, so I have it this way.

It is important for us all to realize that there may or may not be any other reason that someone does something (think piercings, tattoos, or anything else). Maybe there is a big reason behind that tattoo someone just got, or maybe they just like the way it looks, so they did it. Regardless, it really is no one else’s business. You can like it, not like it, or not care either way – it doesn’t matter.

So if you like something, certainly feel free to say something. And if you don’t like it – bite your tongue. Whoever did the thing that you don’t like probably did not do it with you in mind anyway.
