There is so much going on in the world right now, most of it not good. I don’t want to ignore what is happening, but I become overwhelmed and cry when I watch the news. So I am on a news diet right now; I watch one hour of news from a source I trust each day, and that is enough. In an hour I find out what is going on regarding Ukraine, how KJB’s confirmation hearings are going, and other things that are happening. I don’t need to see and hear the same news hour after hour; I prefer to keep my sanity.
If you are despondent about what is going on, perhaps you should try a news diet. Know what is happening in the world, but don’t get overwhelmed by it.
