Lefse

I am as happy as a bird with a french fry! I used to attempt to make my own lefse – I had a lefse iron and everything else I needed. But I can no longer handle being around the high heat needed to make it, so I gave everything away to someone who could use it. This year I found a place to order it from, and it happens to be a company from my hometown in North Dakota. I got it a couple days ago, have had it twice, and LOVE it! I hope that I remember to put the name somewhere I can find it again, so I can order from them again next year! The Norwegian in me really likes having lefse around for Thanksgiving and Christmas!
