Time for a reset. It is time for me to recognize how much I have to be grateful for. This list is just what immediately comes to mind, there is much more: good friends; a wonderful husband; a great kid; abundance; fairly good health; electricity; a roof over my head; the availability of good, healthy food; running water; my writing coach; an upcoming trip to the ocean; fun siblings; and a terrific naturopath/acupuncturist/chiropractor.

This is certainly not everything, but it does show that I have a lot to be grateful for!
