It’s time for a little pick-me-up, and nothing does that better than remembering what I have to be grateful for. So today, I am going to make a list – it is not intended to be a complete list: a warm house to keep the rain off my head; the ability to get good food for me and my family; a fuzzy robe; good coffee; a husband and son who love and take care of me; good friends; knitting; I have enough; I AM enough; Pilates; family; my Prius; great doctors; ice cream; a good neighbor; laughter; long-time friends to play cards with; music; my Buddha garden; clean running water. That is just a start, but it already makes me smile. What are you grateful for?
